AWS Backup Expands DocumentDB Protection Across Nine New Regions

AWS Backup now lets you copy Amazon DocumentDB backups across regions and store them in logically air-gapped vaults in nine additional locations: Hong Kong, Jakarta, Melbourne, Osaka, Madrid, Stockholm, Zurich, Cape Town, and Tel Aviv. This means you can lock down immutable backups with multi-party approval and meet those pesky disaster recovery and compliance requirements without breaking a sweat.
