AWS Direct Connect Now Supports 10x More Route Prefixes
AWS Direct Connect just leveled up with inbound prefix controls, letting you allocate up to 1,000 IPv4 and IPv6 prefixes per VIF instead of the old 100-prefix limit. This means you can advertise your on-premises routes directly without route summarization tricks, and it's available globally across all commercial AWS Regions, GovCloud, and China Regions at zero extra cost.
