AWS Lambda is rolling out managed runtimes in public preview for Node.js 26 and Python 3.15 across all commercial regions, GovCloud, and China—giving you a chance to test these upcoming versions before general availability and report bugs while breaking changes are still possible. You can start using them today through the Lambda console or CLI with no extra costs, and your functions will automatically graduate to GA when the runtimes are ready.
