Amazon SageMaker Notebooks Get Per-User Access Control with Trusted Identity Propagation
Amazon SageMaker Notebooks now support Trusted Identity Propagation (TIP) with Athena, Redshift, and EMR Serverless, letting each user see only the data they're allowed to access without sharing broad execution roles. This means automatic identity flow to AWS Lake Formation, full audit trails via CloudTrail, and zero extra login hassle—available across all AWS Regions where SageMaker Unified Studio operates.
