CloudWatch Gets API Key Authentication for OpenTelemetry Traces

Amazon CloudWatch now lets you send OpenTelemetry traces using bearer token authentication instead of AWS Signature Version 4, making it easier for on-premises apps, other cloud workloads, and CI/CD pipelines to integrate. This new option works with any OTLP/HTTP client that supports static Authorization headers, while SigV4 remains available and recommended for AWS SDK users.
