Amazon Cognito Plus Now Guarantees 99.99% Uptime

Amazon Cognito is leveling up its Plus feature plan with a shiny new 99.99% Service Level Agreement starting November 1, 2026—that's a solid bump from 99.9%. If you're already running on Plus, you're automatically covered; if you're on Essentials or Lite, no changes to your current 99.9% commitment.
