AWS Lambda Now Speeds Up Container Startup with SOCI Lazy Loading

AWS Lambda now supports Seekable OCI (SOCI) for Event Functions on Lambda Managed Instances, cutting container startup times by up to 70% by loading only necessary files instead of entire images. This feature is available across all AWS commercial regions and works automatically once you create a SOCI index and push it to Amazon ECR.
