AWS IAM Identity Center Gets Optimistic Locking to Prevent Admin Conflicts

AWS IAM Identity Center now supports optimistic locking for users and groups, preventing silent overwrites when multiple admins or workflows edit the same identity simultaneously. Each user and group gets a Revision value that must match during updates or deletes—if it doesn't, you get a ConflictException to retry with fresh data, keeping your identity store consistent across all regions.
