AWS ARC Region Switch Gets Four Powerful New Failover Features

Amazon Application Recovery Controller (ARC) Region switch just leveled up with four fresh capabilities: you can now execute AWS Systems Manager commands during failover, pass payloads to Lambda functions for reusable recovery plans, automatically verify service quota parity between regions, and wait for target group health before routing traffic to newly scaled compute. These additions make multi-Region failovers smoother and more reliable across all AWS regions.
