Amazon Connect Customer just got smarter about handling interruptions: your in-progress emails now auto-save as drafts, so you won't lose message bodies, recipients, subjects, or attachments if your connection drops or browser crashes. When you're back online, everything's restored and ready to go—plus you can access draft data in S3 for custom integrations.
