Amazon Connect Customer Adds Flow Modules to Agentic Designer

Amazon Connect Customer now lets you use flow modules as reusable building blocks in agentic CX designer, enabling AI agents to handle data lookups, profile updates, and backend system calls without human intervention. The feature works across nine AWS regions and supports everything from SMS confirmations to VPC-based data retrieval from banking or claims systems.
