AWS End User Messaging Adds Dynamic Flows to WhatsApp

AWS End User Messaging now lets you build interactive WhatsApp flows—think appointment booking, surveys, or sign-ups—right inside the chat without redirecting users elsewhere. You can call your own HTTPS endpoints in real time to show live data and personalize each step, all managed through the AWS console or APIs using JSON schemas.
