Amazon Connect Customer rolled out AI-powered PDF import for evaluation forms, letting you skip the tedious manual rebuild and automatically extract sections, questions, and scoring from third-party quality management PDFs. The feature supports natural language tweaks during import and is live across seven AWS regions: US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), Canada (Central), and four Asia-Pacific/Europe zones.
