Panasonic Avionics teamed up with AWS to build an agentic AI system that diagnoses in-flight entertainment and connectivity issues across their global fleet—cutting diagnosis time from hours down to minutes without sacrificing accuracy. The solution leverages Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, and AWS Glue to automate what used to be a manual, time-consuming process.
