CloudWatch Agent Now Reads systemd Journal Logs Natively

AWS has rolled out native journald support in the Amazon CloudWatch agent, letting you collect systemd journal logs directly without writing them to disk first. This works across all AWS Commercial Regions and GovCloud(US), with built-in filtering by systemd units, priority levels, and regex patterns to keep your log volume and costs in check.
