Amazon Connect now lets you route customer contacts across two active AWS regions simultaneously—no more idle standby setups. Agents in US East (N. Virginia) and US West (Oregon), EU (Frankfurt) and EU (London), or Asia Pacific (Osaka) and Asia Pacific (Tokyo) can all handle live traffic at once, with managers seeing unified analytics across both regions.
